EventBridge, the innovative mobile passenger bridge that combines speed, safety and quality.
Our mobile pedestrian bridge can be used at any location where a grade-separated crossing for pedestrians is required, for example during infrastructure projects. This mobile footbridge can be assembled in various configurations. With an installation time starting from just 20 minutes, even crossing busy inner-city or regional roads becomes feasible, with minimal traffic disruption.
By applying a Layher adapter in the main load-bearing structure of the bridge, the robust EventBridge bridge span is combined with the flexibility of scaffolding construction. Since the bridge span is the most labour-intensive part of a scaffold bridge, this results in a significant reduction in both costs and risks.
To deliver the best overall product, we work together with leading partners, from design to production. Design and engineering are carried out by consulting engineering firm Movares. The resulting structural reports significantly simplify the permitting process.
Production is handled by the international industrial company VDL, a reliable partner with the required production capacity. In addition, every step of the production process is subject to additional inspection by TÜV-NORD Germany.
Each individual unit can be executed in multiple different ways, all covered by a single structural report. All configurations fit within one predefined framework.
The bridge is assembled at ground level, allowing work to be carried out faster and more safely. A unit consists of only nine main structural components. This means a minimal number of connection points, which reduces construction time.
The pedestrian bridge can be moved in assembled form. Combined with unanchored placement on crane mats and the self-levelling capability of the bridge, this provides unprecedented flexibility during installation.
